Rachel Brown
Hello!
I’m Rachel, proud mum to Simba our fluffy idiotic golden retriever and now Jacob our gorgeous boy after many years of IVF.
I own Aesthetics By Dr Rachel and specialise in a range of aesthetic procedures, with my passion being skin health and regenerative procedures.
I love creating natural results - helping patients beam with confidence - and am very passionate about patient safety.
I’ll have been a doctor for ten years this year and work as a GP as well as running my aesthetics clinic.
I love being part of the Inner Hub and still learn so much from all the brains and lovely humans who make up this fantastic group. I am honoured to offer support whenever I can!

Psychological Wellbeing of Patients & Handling Patient Complaints
Rachel Cootes
Hi!
I’m Rachel, I qualified as a dual registered mental health & paediatric nurse in 2006 and completed my non-medical prescribing 13 years ago. I worked for a long time in both CAMHS and adult mental health services including time as a Matron within an eating disorder service- a role that I absolutely loved.
My career in aesthetics started in 2018 after a short period of time working as a nurse prescriber within a GP practice. During this time I fell in love with skin health & the psychological impact skin conditions can have on a person. It was a nursing colleague along with my husband who eventually persuaded me to train in medical aesthetics, I was fortunate enough to be able to leave my GP nursing role and throw myself totally into this mad world- I’ve never looked back.
Very early on I realised that the elements I really love about working within aesthetics is overseeing the patient journey. I’m a big believer in ‘treatment stacking’ and not treating in silo in order to get the best results for my patients. Spending quality time with patients, really getting to know them and their drivers for treatment is what gets me up each morning. I love everything skin and educating patients on how best to care for their skin gives me a lot of joy.
I have a small but lovely clinic within the Cotswold market town of Witney - where you will always find fresh flowers, great coffee, a bowl of sweets and some good chat! I work 5 days a week within clinic but love the flexibility of picking my hours to suit home life. I have 3 fabulous children and a crazy cocker spaniel - all of whom take up a lot of my free time!

Dermatology
Thenral
Hi all,
I am Dr Thenral, NHS GP with an extended role in dermatology based in Isle of Man. I did my surgical training in the northwest of England prior to qualifying as GP in 2011. I have always been deeply committed to empowering women to look and feel better. I am the women’s health lead in my practice offering contraception clinics, managing menopause, hormonal changes, and its role in skin health. This lead me to gain further experience in dermatology and have completed post-graduate diploma in dermatology from Cardiff university. I am currently working within hospital skin team offering cryotherapy and surgical treatments for suspicious moles, skin cancers and medical management of acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin conditions. My passion for skin and women’s health lead me to pursue aesthetics to offer safe, evidence-based care to patients, empowering them with knowledge, enhancing their natural beauty with age- appropriate aesthetic treatments and help them in their overall wellness. It brings me joy when I can approach a patients issue from various perspectives and offer bespoke personalised solutions. I’m also a GP trainer and have been involved extensively in medical education training junior doctors, GPs and allied health professionals. I hope to share my experiences and offer support in dermatology and women’s health with the group.
